Don Rolfe, Chair

President and CEO, Central 1 Credit Union

Don Rolfe is President and Chief Executive Officer of Central 1 Credit Union, the central financial facility, payments settlement centre and trade association for the B.C. and Ontario credit union systems.

He was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of Credential Financial Inc. and Ethical Funds Inc., both leading national financial services firms.

Mr. Rolfe is an accomplished professional who brings 25 years of experience to management dynamics and business practices where innovation, unique processes and financial success are required to achieve results. His career has included senior executive, line and staff positions with various financial institutions, including President and CEO of CIBC Mutual Funds and Investor Services, and senior roles with Royal Trust and Royal Bank of Canada.

He is actively involved in community services and an advisor to several independent businesses.
