Kellie Garrett is Senior Vice-President, Strategy, Knowledge & Reputation for Farm Credit Canada (FCC). Known as a trailblazer, Garrett is responsible for a diverse portfolio –  from business strategy, research and strategic intelligence to enterprise risk management, corporate communication and change.

In 2007, Garrett was named one of Canada’s 100 Most Powerful Women by the Women’s Executive Network. She is a frequent speaker on strategy, leadership and personal brand. An avid volunteer, she is a Director with the Globe Theatre of Regina, Past-Chair of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Research Foundation, Past-Chair of the Hospitals of Regina Foundation and a lay counsellor to parents of children with autism.

When she's not working, she likes to quaff wine and travel. And for the three brief months when it is warm enough to grow things in the Canadian Prairies, she gardens her heart out. Kellie is married to Jay, a marvelous zen counterpoint to her active self. She has two sons: Max (19) and Connor (18).
