Business Development Manager

Based in our Toronto office, Steven is the Business Development Manager at Canadian Business for Social Responsibility (CBSR).  Steven is responsible for building CBSR’s member network, growing Advisory Services revenue, leading the annual Summit sponsorship and creating strategic partnerships.

Steven moved to Toronto in 1999 to accept a Sales Management position with a Richard Ivey School of Business born start-up.  He continued his career in business development with an established telecommunications firm and then progressed through a series of account management, sales management, and strategic partnership roles with a large information technology company.  In 2004, Steven founded Canada’s first ethical shoe retailer, Left Feet – focusing on cruelty free, sweat-shop free footwear. Steven brings a unique combination of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to CBSR and he is passionate about helping Canadian companies improve their Corporate Social Responsibility performance.
