Since 2003, Bob Elton has been the President and CEO of BC Hydro. Mr Elton has consistently stressed themes of leadership and community development throughout this career with a focus on issues such as gender equity; environmental stewardship; the need for business leaders to act with integrity; education; and mentoring and learning from a number of young leaders who themselves are outstanding role models of community leadership.
