CBSR Collaboration Assessment Tool

October 2010

Firms committed to improving their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices today face a broad and increasingly complex set of issues. As expected, the more complex the issue, the more resources are required to ensure that the collaboration is a success. It is therefore critical that business leaders ensure that investment of resources is in proportion to the expected impact. Once the scope of the collaboration is aligned with appropriate resourcing levels, success depends on four key elements.
This assessment tool, developed with members and thought partners, provides guidance to help ensure that CSR collaboration opportunities are well-managed and successful.
